You may submit your complaint in writing by filling out the Complaints Form below and address it to the Head of The Administration/Back Office Department of Growell Capital Limited who is authorized to handle and investigate complaints.

Our Management takes all complaints very seriously-as quickly as effectively as possible. The Company upon receiving the complaint will inform the complainant within five (5) business days that it received the complaint. All complaints will be handled by The Head of Administration and the Back Office Department. A soon as the Company reaches the outcome of the complaint the Client who filed the complaint will be informed accordingly.
